This is a Victorian, antique chair, a 19th century prie dieu in rosewood ideal as a bedroom side chair and dating to c.1870.

Crafted in rosewood with the most glorious grain detail in the lustrous polished finish

Raised upon fluted, turned and tapered front legs, swept rear and riding upon ceramic castors

Opposing barley twist stiles rise to the padded crest rail

Professionally upholstered in an azure blue and cream classical cloth with brocade trim

Traditionally stuffed with a show back; Ideal for centre room placement

A superior example of it's type, delivered waxed polished and ready for the home.
