The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a Swiss movement, an Electa 15-jewel hand-winding movement, which is working nicely.

The watch itself measures 32mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the fixed wire lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1922 for Rotherham & Sons. The case has three or four small indentations to the side but overall the condition is very nice for such an early piece.

The glass is in good condition.
The white enamel dial has a faint hairline running from number 9 towards the centre but otherwise looks good. Breguet style blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch has a vintage leather strap which is in good condition.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
