In front of the centre drawer is a boxwood lined slide which allows access to the well. The writing area to have a replaced coloured leather of your choice with blind and gold tooling. The whole standing on tall tapering cabriole legs with brass sabots, beading and mounts. This bureau de dame retains all the brass gilded mounts, beading, escutcheons and sabots and with working locks and keys. Overall inlaid with subtle boxwood inlay and kingwood cross banding. The cabinets lined with burgundy coloured velvet. In very good condition with a wonderful deep rich patina. Check out and compare our price.
