Scottish Sheraton Mahogany Standing Corner Cabinet. Circa 1795

Description

Fine quality Scottish George III Sheraton mahogany standing corner cabinet in two parts. The top section with most attractive shaped tracery glazed door with boxwood line edging and enclosing three fixed shelves. The base with boxwood line inlaid panelled door with central fixed shelf within. All in superb un-touched original condition with no repairs or damage. Lovely rich colour with fine waxed patina. With this type of glazing cabinet would have been made in Falkirk area.

Size; 78" high, 23" back corner to side.
