Antique Pine Small Side Table

19th century
Description

A charming little antique pine side table or ladies writing desk, dating from 1900 in very nice condition for its age.

Sat upon an attractive pedestal base/legs with a nice size top with wavy edges. There are two drawers, one of which has the original working lock with dividers inside, and the bottom drawer is very shallow for paper.

Currently in the bare wood having recently been stripped and treated. It is now ready for waxing or painting. Please contact us for a quote if you'd like us to paint it for you.

This may have been used as a ladies writing desk - nowadays this would work well in a hallway as a telephone table.
