Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1950s.
This is the Tudor Royal model
It has a platinum case and the most exquisite diamonds which are incredibly white, bright and crisp. The total carat weight is approximately 1.6cts. The shoulders are articulated - elegant and very much in the classic Art Deco design.

The dial is completely original, it has not been restored in any way and is in remarkable condition.
The silk strap can be adjusted to fit most wrist sizes.
It comes complete with a presentation box.

As you would expect from Rolex the watch is fully marked on the movement as Tudor and the case has been fully tested.
This watch certainly has that understated elegance which resonates class.
The watch diamond case measures 18mm in diameter excluding the winding crown and the diamond section is 75mm long.

Overall this watch is simple stunning and was obviously extremely well cared for, it would certainly make a perfect gift for any lady especially when worn with that little black dress - very Audrey Hepburn!

The watch has just been fully serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine Rolex Tudor in all respects.
This watch has been fully and professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.

The watch is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers original parts. every part is then thoroughly cleaned in a 3 stage ultrasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturer approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The watch movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and the watch sealed.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give reliable and dependable service and will not require any further attention for many years.
