Description

Mid 19th.c. French mahogany chest of drawers c.1840. Well figured grey marble top over four long drawers. Beautifully figured mahogany veneers arranged across the front and sides, free of applied decoration save for the inlaid brass escutcheons. Shallow top drawer with shaped front and three deeper drawers set within a moulded and crossbanded border, all raised on a moulded plinth. Oak drawer linings. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Keys supplied.
