Description

Superb set four antique georgian mahogany dining chairs c1780

A lovely set four antique george 111 mahogany dining chairs and dating from around 1780. They have a squared back rest with vertical slats and reeded side supports and top rail above a drop in seat pad and stand on squared and tapering legs joined by an 'h' stretcher. The seat pads have been totally reupholstered in a quality chenille fabric.

They are hand & peg joined

A lovely set four george 111 dining chairs with a superb shape in excellent condition and ooze the charm and character of the period in which they were made and I am sure that whoever buys them will be very pleased with their purchase.

Measurements: 34" high X seat height 17" X 19" deep X 18" wide
