Superb antique georgian regency mahogany side hall or desk chair c1800

This is a lovely antique georgian regency mahogany side or desk chair and dating from aorund 1800. Constructed from solid mahogany it has a beautifully shaped and carved top rail above a central shaped and carved back splat with turned spanderals and lovely scrolled arms ending with spanderals. It has a drop in seat pad with later needlepoint cover and stands on sabre legs.

A lovely georgian regency chair with a superb shape in very good condition and oozes the charm and character of the period in which it was made and I am sure that whoever buys this will be very pleased with their purchase.

Measurements: 35" high X seat height 17" X 22.5" deep X 20" wide
