Early 19th.c. Rosewood Fold Over Table C.1835.

Description

Early 19th.c. rosewood fold over table c.1835. Stands flat against the wall as an elegant console or side table or turn and open the top to reveal the original faded baize playing surface for cards. Well figured rosewood veneered top with a crossbanded edge. Over a shaped apron with scroll carved ends, raised a column pedestal with beautifully carved base on a shaped plinth with superb carved claw feet front and rear. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
