Edwardian Mahogany Carlton House Desk. Circa 1910

Description

Superb quality small Edwardian veneered figured mahogany Carlton House desk with veneered curved back and standing on square tapered legs with spade toes. The curved superstructure fitted with central cupboard having inlaid oval and moulded domed top; flanked with banks of three mahogany lined curved drawers and with lift lid compartments each side. The base with bow fronted centre fitted with three mahogany lined drawers. The writing surface slides forward to reveal pen tray. All in superb original condition with no damage or repairs. Wonderful rich colour with fine patina.

Size; 31" wide, 21" deep, 40" high. 30" high to writing surface.
