Interesting profusely carved Indian padouk revolving bookcase on stand. The base with carved zoomorphic claw feet and carved edge. The bookcase with carved vertical slatted sides and carved central pillar . The square top with well-carved edge and margin enclosing a well-figured central tablet. Tightly-carved leaf and foliate detail throughout .

The detachable base with a wooden central pole allowing revolution.

Some minor stains to top commensurate with age and use . Good heavy timber with a rich patination.
