This table can be used closed up, or with either or both leaves set in place. This makes this dining table very flexible.

The table has a cabriole leg to each corner that goes down to the pad foot, and with large brass rolling castors under.
Using the original winding handle, the table winds on a telescopic action to extend easily to lay each leaf into place as required.

Thus table has a skirt applied to the leaves and so when the table is fully open, the skirt is consistent all the way around. This was an extra feature when this was first made.
