Description

This is a very pretty 1920-1940's moulded glass lantern with the original brass top.

The light measures 36cm in length from the hook at the top of the fitting to the very base of the lantern, and the width across the glass shade is 19cm at the top narrowing down to 11cm at the bottom. All four sides of the glass shade have the same design and colours and the edges are curved all the way down the sides.

The light is in very good condition; it doesn't need to be wired as the electric cable runs through the top of the fitting. We recommend a 40watt lightbulb, 60 at the most or an LED lightbulb. The brass top has three purpose made air holes to allow heat from the lightbulb to escape.

It comes with a length of brass chain measuring 100 cm and a ceiling fitting of 10cm in diameter.
