A Charming Victorian Mother of Pearl Pin Cushion

Description

A charming pin cushion dating from the Victorian period. This collectable and usable piece has two finely carved Mother of Pearl plates. Both feature a star to the centre with feathering to the edges. The burgundy stitching attaches both plates to the central velvet pin cushion, also in an attractive deep burgundy.

Condition :- Very good. The cushion fabric is in excellent condition. There is a small hairline shadow/mark to one of the plates, to be expected with a natural product such as Mother of Pearl.
