Description

Fine and rare Grand Tour bronze sculpture of St. Peter seated on a carved marble throne chair. Early 19th century after Arnolfo di Cambio’s (1245-1302) famous sculpture of St. Peter, circa 1300 in the St. Peters basilica in Rome. All in fine un-touched original condition. Great patina to bronze. Italian.

Size; 10" high, 4" wide, 4" deep.
