Description

Remarkable late 19th.c. brass standard lamp c.1890. Adapted from an oil lamp, the bulb is raised on the original column with shaped fittings and a highly decorative tripod base with elaborately shaped legs and feet. Unusually, the column also supports a useful 14" wine table in pale green onyx with a shaped brass apron below. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished, rewired and sold with a PAT test certificate. Please note the shade is not included.
