Elmgarden has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The Glass on the front of the cabinet is painted with Rowntree’s Chocolates and Pastilles, and along the bottom plinth a Royal appointment
The cabinet has 2 plate glass shelves and a pair of outward opening doors at the back
This is a very attractive piece, it is in reasonably good condition, there is a bit of discolouring but it would be wonderful if it were to find its way back to an old fashioned sweet shop
The Cabinet is 41” high, 23” wide and 14” deep
