A Fine Quality Rosewood William IV Period Open Bookcase

Description

A fine quality rosewood William IV Period open bookcase. The rectangular rosewood top having a raised gallery above a recessed frieze with finely carved floral roundels, above three adjustable shelves with rosewood edging. The shelves flanked by fluted columns with finely carved corbels, with rosewood sides and supported on a rosewood rectangular plinth. English circa 1830-1840

Dimensions: 32" wide x 14" deep x 46.5" high

Condition: This bookcase is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed. One small piece of carving missing from one roundel.
