Description

A chinoiserie lacquered Edwardian Period bureau on stand. The bureau section having fine raised lacquered detail depicting Oriental every day life to the fall front, sides and drawer fronts. The bureau opening to reveal pigeon holes, shelves and a drawer. The whole supported on a Queen Anne style gilded base with Braganza foot, united by a shaped under-tier. English in the Chinese taste circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 24" wide x 18" deep x 42" high

Condition: This bureau is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
