I have had several bronze duck head paper / letter clips over the years, but I have never seen this example with the duck eating a large leaf; most unusual.

A heavy piece and a large impressive example; the spring works well and he retains his two original glass eyes.

Victorian in era and dating to around 1890. 9" long x 2 1/2" x 1 3/4" high.
