A Stunning China Blue Silver Guilloche Enamel Hand Mirror

1900 - 1920
Description

A stunning full size silver guilloche enamel hand mirror. The circular mirror is bevelled and the silver is hallmarked to the underside of the handle. The Art Deco body is in a wonderful china blue over engine turned decoration. A lovely collectors piece and still usable today.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits. The enamel is in superb condition. There are a couple of very small ripples to the silver shown in the photos and is commensurate with age and use.

Hallmarks :- Readable, but with softening to the Date mark.

Date :- Birmingham 1928.

Maker :- Henry Clifford Davis.

Length :- 24 cms.
