C1880 Cranberry Hesperus Star Triple Burner Oil Lamp

A very elegant and rare Victorian Jones&Willis Hesperus star triplex oil lamp with Cranberry shade and fount - please see photos for makers' marks, royal arms and patent number.

Ceramic base, very heavy. Original cranbery acid etched shade with 4 inches opening. Please note there is some damage to the edge of the shade although not easily visable - please see the last 2 photos.

Triple oil burner, 3 thumb turns with ceramic plaque stamped makers name. Works perfectly.
