Pretty hand finished single iron bed with porcelain knobs.A lovely example of the pretty iron and brass beds made in Victorian times. The distressed hand finish delightfully highlights the definition within the decorative castings. The frame has been checked for solidity with side rails strengthened and adapted to support wood slats prior to shot blasting and priming before hand painting in Little Greene paint company olive and pearl, distressing and waxing to secure. SyUitable for standard single mattress 3' x 6'3"/90cm x190cm.
