An Early 18th Century Composite Oak Court Cupboard.

Description

An early 18th Century composite oak court cupboard. The upper section having an over hanging cornice with a carved frieze bearing the date 1701 in Roman Numerals with two oak panelled doors inlaid with holly and flanked by medieval carved figures. The lower section again with panelled doors with early carved detail, panelled ends and raised on stile feet. Constructed circa 1850 incorporating elements from the late 17th and early 18th century.

Dimensions: 43" wide x 22" deep x 67" high

Condition: This court cupboard is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
