Antique Mahogany Chest of Drawers

Description

This antique mahogany chest of drawers has quite slim & deep proportions, almost like a filing cabinet size. In fact maybe it was a filing cabinet. It’s in good original condition & is Georgian in style, dating from around the 1890-1910 period. There are four drawers with original brass handles & locks. The brass handles are extra large & strong looking. The drawer fronts do show some indentations & old markings from use, so don’t expect it to look new. It sits on bracket feet with apron shaping in between. This chest of drawers is really fine quality & is solid mahogany.
