Victorian Walnut Davenport Desk

Description

A 19th century walnut davenport with four drawers to one side and dummy drawer fronts to the other. The slope has an inset leather top and internally there is a small fitted drawer; a fitted stationery section completes the top surmounted with a metal gallery. Inlay decoration to the top and front elevations. All original working locks in place (with keys). Original castors to base. A functional well loved desk in good sound condition, wear commensurate with its use and age. Measurements are: width 21ins x depth 21ins x overall height 32.5ins.
