Edwardian Silver Letter Opener with Mother of Pearl Handle 1902

Description

This lovely SILVER LETTER OPENER was made by the well-known and sought after silversmiths of Wakely & Wheeler in 1902.

The Solid Silver Blade is attached to a patterned Mother of Pearl handle by way of a geometrically engraved silver ferrule making this a very attractive item.

With very little wear despite being more than 115 years old, this lovely letter opener would make a lovely gift for someone.(Box included).
