A Small Mahogany George III Period Lancashire Chest of Drawers

Description

A small mahogany George III Period Lancashire chest of drawers. Having a rectangular solid mahogany top with rounded corners above an arrangement of two short and three long oak lined drawers with pierced brass swan neck handles and escutcheons. With quarter reeded columns, solid mahogany sides and supported on shaped ogee feet. English circa 1780-1800

Dimensions: 37" wide x 18" deep x 29" high

Condition: This chest is in excellent condition, a wonderful colour. The top is a replacement circa 1900-1910 which is reflected in the price. A chest of this size, quality and age would usually be around £2000.00
