Loveday Antiques has dated this piece to the 1900s.
This quality cocktail cabinet has been constructed in the William and Mary style having a pair of walnut bookmatch veneered doors with crossbanded edges and decorative fretted brass hinges and escutcheon.
The top sits over a crossgrain moulded edge and oak lined hand cut dovetailed drawers with crossbanded edge and cockbead surrounding mould. The drawer has a central lock with escutcheon and brass fretted bat-wing swan necked handles.

This attractive cocktail cabinet has a shaped apron which is supported by six turned legs and united at the base by a shaped stretcher raised on bun feet.
In excellent condition having been restored using traditional methods boasting a lovely warm honey walnut colour.
A very attractive and well proportioned drinks cabinet for the home.
