Camden Antiques has dated this piece to the 1920s.
Beneath the fall are two drawers, fitted with their original brass handles. The whole piece stands on elegant cabriole legs with shell carved decorations to the knees. We have had this lovely bureau sympathetically repolished to a very high standard. It is now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
