A splendid 19th century ormolu double picture frame with easel at the back to stand, pierced and chased with scrolling decoration it has two central oval windows for pictures, each with a hinged door with handle to open and an oval pietra dura plaque in the middle. This charming ormolu picture frame is marked on the back by maker ‘Howell James & Co Regent St London’, it is missing the inner covers for the doors otherwise it is in good condition commensurate with age and measures 7 ½ inches in length.
