Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The mirror and glass door are both bevelled, and it has its original embossed leather labels to the shelves of the cabinet. It stands on casters and the door locks and comes with working key. A good quality piece, overall in good condition with beautiful patina and age.
