A Fine Quality Small Mahogany Inlaid Edwardian Serpentine Display Cabinet

1900 - 1920
Description

A fine quality small mahogany inlaid Edwardian serpentine display cabinet. Having a solid mahogany top of serpentine outline with a boxwood and satinwood inlaid border, above a fiddleback mahogany frieze with dentil inlaid detail. The central rectangular doors with glazed upper sections and panelled lower sections which open to reveal a re-lined silk shelved interior and blind storage to the base. The whole supported on square tapering supports with spade feet, probably made by Maple & Co English circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 48" wide x 15" deep x 48" high

Condition: This cabinet is in superb condition, cleaned and waxed. Newly re-lined interior
