Antique Late Victorian Inlaid Mahogany Triple Wardrobe Compactum C1890

Antique Late Victorian Mahogany Triple Wardrobe compactum and dating from around 1890. Constructed from quality Mahogany it has a moulded cornice top with satinwood inlaid Greek Key moulding above a deep crossbanded frieze with fine stringing . To the centre there are two bow front cabinet doors each with a flamed Mahogany moulded panel with inlaid oval to the centre and with original brass door divider and with a single internal adjustable shelf. This is above a shaped and moulded frieze over an open compartment with bevelled mirror to the back. There are four long graduating drawers all of which are mahogany lined with original brass handles and with each drawer having a cross banded edge. This is flanked on either side by a full length bevelled mirrored door set within a mahogany crossbanded frame with satinwood stringing and with original brass handles . Internally to one side it is all hanging with brass rail and shoe drawer to the base and to the other side it is all hanging with brass rail and shelf above. The whole standing on a deep plinth base.
