A Fabulous 18th Century Cut Glass Condiment Boat.

A superb cut glass condiment tub from the 18th Century . This gorgeous example has a boat shaped body with a band of hobnail diamonds. The diamond shaped base is tall and has a glorious deep 'lemon squeezer' imprint , so popular with glass salts of the period.

The bowl is of usable size and would make a useful and attractive addition to a well laid table. Ideas for use are sauces or condiments such as salt, pepper, mustard, mint, cranberry, mayonnaise etc.

Condition :- Very good with no cracks or major chips. There are a number of small age related fleabites and knocks around the base edge, mentioned for completeness.
