Description

Lovely carved painted low end French king size bed. Fluted carved columns with carved tops and knobs at both ends.Professionally restored in our own workshops by our experienced, skilled craftsmen. Side rails have been adapted to support modern length king size mattress and rail and bolts checked for good fit. The frame has been stripped and cleaned before hand painting in Driftwood colour paint by Neptune and lightly distressing to highlight definitions in carvings. Sealed with clear wax. This bed can be used with either an English king size mattress at 150cm x 200 cm/5' x 6'6" or 160cm x 200 cm /5'3" x 6'6".

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses.
