Description

A splendid burr walnut domed topped cocktail, or drinks cabinet, in the Queen Anne style. Well made in walnut and with attractive burr walnut veneers. The whole piece stands on squat cabriole legs and has carved decorations to the waist and to the upper edges. The upper pair of cabinet doors are fitted with an intricate brass lock plate. They open to reveal a shelved interior (the shelves being finished in birds eye maple) and a pull-out slide for mixing drink. The lower pair of doors open to reveal an interior fitted with a pull-out tray, a drawer and a cellarette. We have had this cabinet professionally and sympathetically repolished to a very high standard. It is now offered for sale in overall excellent condition with a great colour and patina.
