Elmgarden has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The Leather has that used but sought after comfy and luxurious look, it has comfortable armrests and new cushions, there is a little tear on the outside of each chair (see pictures)
The Old leather has a good patina, there is minor scuffing, the cushions are new and have been covered with a simulated leather material in keeping with the rest of the chairs
The chairs are 31” high at the back, 26” wide across the front, and the seat is 28” deep,
