Description

A 19th Century Oak Pedestal Desk.

The top with a green leather and gilt tooled writing surface, with an oak surround, enclosed by the chamfered edge mouldings. The frieze set with one long drawer above the knee hole, and two short drawers above the pedestals. Each pedestal containing three drawers, within stop chamfered rails, the corners of each pedestal likewise chamfered. The pedestal with mould edge plinth bases, raised up on small castors. The whole with brass plate handles and keyhole escutcheons.

Height 29 1/2 inches, width 48 inches, depth 29 1/2 inches.
