The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is stamped 15 jewels, Swiss made. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.7mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and is the Star model by the English watch case maker Aaron Dennison. The case has light surface marks from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece. The front cover has monogrammed initials.
The winding crown pushes down to open the front cover. It reveals a white enamel dial with a glass lens which is in nice condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
