This is an antique coffee table, French burr walnut dating to the early 20th century, c.1910.

Attractive, shaped, burr walnut top with a beautifully aged patina

Cross banded frieze delineated with boxwood band

Quality rounded edge moulding over vertically grained, serpentine frieze

Raised on slender, oblique cabriole legs

Carved cartouche to the knee featuring floral detail

Terminating in intaglio carved slipper feet
