Late Regency Rosewood Work Table. Circa 1830

Description

Good late Regency veneered figured rosewood work table with drop flaps and having two mahogany lined drawers with work-bag below and standing on short tapered octagonal column onto shaped platform base with ball feet containing set in casters. Finished on back with dummy drawers as front. All in fine condition with just a couple of minor veneer repairs and replacement brass handles.. Lovely rich colour with fine waxed patina.

Size; top 32" x 20" open, 19" x 20" closed. 30" high
