Waltham Traveler Full Hunter Pocket Watch, 1901

A Waltham Traveler full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, Traveler grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 10,943,625 dates it back to 1901. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover (there are a couple of scratches to this inner cover).

The watch itself measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem, crown and loop. The case is gold plated and was made by the Dennison Watch Case Company… Aaron Dennison had close links with Waltham when he was in the US. The case has minor surface marks and a little gentle unevenness but overall is in good condition.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is a glass lens which is in good condition.

The signed white enamel dial is in good condition… if viewed through a jeweller’s loupe, there is a very faint scratch by the sub seconds dial. Blued steel hands and outer minute markers.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
