Fine and rare George III Bilston enamel patch box in the form of a bird. All beautifully hand painted, and decorated on lid with bird and foliage. In superb condition with hardly a blemish. Good strong hinge. As good as you will get of its kind.

Size; 2.25" high, 2" long, 1.5" deep.
