A fabulous continental silver gilt seal beautifully formed with its central shaft made up of three different coloured agates it is further set with bloodstone around the base and baroque pearls and dark agate on the body. The seal is finished with brightly coloured enamel depicting floral motifs and two Satyr, it has dark agate seals at each end and two indistinct marks on the silver gilt base measuring 3 ½ inches in length.
Condition: Some very minor enamel loss and a crack in the top agate seal.
