Silver Morning Tea Set 1855

Description

A Silver Morning Tea Set, Bachelors Tea Set.

The tea pot, milk jug and sugar bowl each of rectangular shape, with rounded sides, the lower half of each with good rising, outward tapered reeding, finished with rounded caps. Each piece standing on four ball feet, the tea pot with a hinged domed lid, with tapering reeding as per the body.

Hallmarked for Edgar Finley & Hugh Taylor, London 1855.
