A Striking Chinoiserie Lacquered Art Deco Period Cocktail Cabinet

1920 - 1940
Description

A striking chinoiserie lacquered Art Deco Period cocktail cabinet. The front is beautifully decorated with raised gold and polychrome lacquer depicting Chinese landscapes and having a rectangular fall front, opening on a cantilever system to reveal a mirrored back and fitted interior for cocktail shaker bottles, glasses etc. The lower doors open to reveal a drawer and shelving, with polychrome lacquer detail to the sides and Art Deco inspired bakelite handles. English circa 1930 in the Chinoiserie taste.

Condition: This cocktail cabinet is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed

A striking chinoiserie lacquered Art Deco Period cocktail cabinet.
