Italian carved two tone alabaster sculpture of a female, signed Pugi. This sculpture is beautifully carved with very fine detail to the face and hair. This sculpture is in lovely condition.

Gugielmo Pugi 1850-1915 Born in a small town close to Florence. He was a highly regarded and skilled sculptor who specialised in female figures and busts mainly working in marble, alabaster and terracotta.
