Hingstons of Wilton has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
Here we have this very attractive worktable
This was made in the William IV period
The table with a flap to each end that lift to give a larger work surface.
The top with a deep cross-banding around the edge.

It is fitted 2 drawers to the front and matching dummy drawers to the rear.
The table stands on carved and turned end supports with fine leaf carved decoration.
The 2 end supports joined by a turned stretcher
The feet again are beautifully carved and with castors under.
